Payment conditions, methods and fees
Secure online payment by credit card does not incur any additional charges. Payment for your stay will be made in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). However, the price in any other currency is used as an indication only.
Online booking transactions must be carried out by a person aged 18 or over. If the person makes the transaction without respecting these rules, the owner of the bank account or debit/credit card used will be responsible for the transaction.
When booking, you must provide your name, telephone number, address and arrival and departure dates. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the hotel’s booking confirmation.
All personal information provided during the online booking process is confidential and is treated in accordance with the requirements of the law on personal information.
To change your reservation, please make a new reservation and cancel the previous one. Please note that the rate and type of room available for the new booking may change.
Cancellation and no-show conditions
1. HIGH SEASON
Applicable Periods:
• March 19 – 22, 2026 (Eid al-Fitr)
• May 25 – 29, 2026 (Eid al-Adha)
• July 7 – August 24, 2026 (Summer)
• December 28, 2026 – January 1, 2027 (Year-End Holidays)
Terms:
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the stay charged
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the stay charged
• No-show: 100% of the stay charged
• Early departure: 100% of the stay charged
2. MID SEASON
Applicable Periods: April, May (excluding 25-29), September, October
Terms:
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 75% of the stay charged
• No-show: 100% of the stay charged
• Early departure: 100% of the remaining stay charged
3. LOW SEASON
Applicable Periods: November, December (excluding 28-31), January, February, March (excluding 19-22), June, August 25-31
Terms:
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 50% of the stay charged
• No-show: 100% of the stay charged
• Early departure: 100% of the remaining stay charged
Hotel conditions :
Wearing a wristband: is compulsory inside the hotel. It must be worn on the wrist at all times. No exceptions will be accepted.
Opening hours:
Check-in: From 3:00 pm.
Check-out: At noon. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 12:00 at the latest. They can leave luggage at reception, have lunch and leave the hotel by 3:00 pm at the latest.
Lunch: on the day of arrival is excluded. Lunch on the day of departure is included.
Conditions for children (Proof of age required: Family record book, birth certificate, student card, passport, etc.):
An adult is considered to be any person aged 12 or over on the day of departure.
A child is considered to be any person under 12 years of age on the day of departure.
A baby is considered to be any person under 36 months of age on the day of departure.
A change of room category may be applied depending on the number and age of guests, as well as room availability.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to Moroccan law and falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Marrakech.
