I just spent three fantastic days at the Valeria Jardins d'Agadir and I recommend it 100%! The staff are welcoming and very professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The All Inclusive package is excellent: plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet offers international and Moroccan dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. The entertainment team is super friendly, creating a great atmosphere by the pool and in the evenings. The bars are open all day and the service is quick. The gardens and pools are magnificent and very well maintained. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from Agadir beach. Excellent value for money. I will gladly return! Special mention to Mr. Mohamed and Hicham at reception, Loubna in the restaurant, the fantastic entertainment team, and all the staff without exception. Don't hesitate, and beware of toxic comments from some people that have nothing to do with reality.

Really don't understand all the negative reviews on here which also had me worried after we booked our holiday. It was absolutely lovely, we just finished our 4 night stay and had a great time! We arrived home from Valeria Jardins Hotel just two hours ago, and we are still thinking about what a wonderful holiday we had! ❤️ We stayed at the hotel with a teenager and a 5-year-old child, and we were very pleasantly surprised. I would like to start by saying a huge thank you to all the staff. Every single member of staff deserves a medal! 🏅 They were always smiling, friendly, helpful and happy to assist with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice for everyone. There were lots of activities and entertainment for children, as well as for adults, so nobody had a chance to be bored. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. Whenever we needed help, the staff were always there for us. This review is purely for the SPA .... ive had two sesson at the spa and both were amazing both done by RITA first one was 2hrs 4 treatments Hamam assess Black soap scrub Relaxing body mask Relaxing massage All amazing and well worth 499dh Second treatment I choose was back next and shoulder massage which she also did a head massage amazing. And then I choose a hair mask shampoo and dry choose to have this day before i went home so it was nice x and I have really long hair down to my bum. And omg my hair has never felt and looked so good. So good I had to take note of the mask n shampoo they used as really want to get some to take home. Great hotel. The room was perfect, no complaints. The housekeeping staff were wonderful people. The food was very good. The Marmara entertainment team was absolutely fantastic, always smiling, attentive, and kind. They do an incredible job, both in the evening shows and around the pool, chatting with guests and suggesting activities. However, I was very surprised by the Valeria entertainment team. Throughout my stay, none of them came to talk to us or even say hello. With the English guests, though, everything was in English over the microphone. For example, during the "how to make mint tea" demonstration, the entertainer only spoke English, so I went to the pool area. The foam party was also in English. There's also a huge problem with the sun loungers; you have to get up at 6 am to get one. Throughout our stay, we saw people arguing about this. What is the hotel doing to change this? We felt they only cater to the English guests! But there are other nationalities here too!

We had a fantastic holiday and would happily come back! Our boys absolutely loved it, and one of the highlights was the Kids Club. There was always something fun for them to do, with a great variety of activities for different age groups, including pizza making, mocktail making, arts and crafts, swimming, games, and much more. A special thank you to Safaa, who was incredibly friendly, caring, and amazing with the children. She made every activity fun and made our boys feel so welcome. I took my wife there as a surprise to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Neither of us had ever been to Morocco, but it was somewhere we both had on our bucket lists. We arrived late evening, but found the welcome to be just as warm as if it were midday. We were impressed with the ease of booking in and the warm assistance given by the bell boy in getting us to our room, which was light & airy and spacious. Everything was clean and well presented. The meals were cleverly mixed (traditional & european) with masses of juicy home produced fruit (honey dew & water melon, oranges, apple, blood grapefruit were our particular favourites). The poolside & grounds were kept to a high standard of cleanliness - there was always somebody cleaning - and there is a good array of services on offer (you must try the hammam body care treatment). The beach is a 5/6 minute walk and there's a coned off segment with parasols and sun lounges and an attendant exclusively for patrons of the hotel, which we found very handy as the sun was up from early in the morning till late in the evening. The location of the hotel is quite central, which made it easy to get around on foot if desired. Children are catered for with a supervised splash pool with a variety of water slides and activity clubs. All in all, we highly recommend it whether you just want to laze by the pool, or use it as a vantage point for exploring, or spend time at the beach. We recently holidayed here and had a fantastic time. I was very apprehensive after reading some reviews but I would 100% return and hope to book up again in the near future. We had an accident in the hotel room which caused some damage but staff where very understanding and within minutes we had a nurse at the door to check everyone over, so thank you! The animation staff are fantastic as are the bar staff, all of my children ages between 6 and 18 built up friendships with them and where sad to leave. Special mentions to Mohamed, Karim, Mario, Bono and Saad. They are a real credit to the hotel! The food was nice, admittedly it was a bit repetative but we where always able to find something to eat. Chicken kebabs and mexican night where favourites! Location was perfect, close to the beach and shops for essentials. Staff within most of the shops where very friendly and we enjoyed a laugh and a joke with them. If I had to pick fault with anything I'd say it could be cleaner, especially the toilets in open areas and hotel rooms, but I think the hotel room bathrooms are more just wear and tear rather than dirty. I came to this hotel a few weeks ago and let’s just say everyday since i’ve been home i have thought about it and missed it!The actual hotel was so clean and tidy with a lot of range of food which was different each night.The bedrooms always had new bottles of water each day and was kept clean and tidy by the staff.Around the hotel there was loads to do,shops next door and a nearby beach where you got lovely sunsets!But i wanted to mostly talk about the entertainment team because if i was coming first time to the hotel i would 1 million percent just come for the entertainment team!I have never met more friendly, fun,talkative staff before, this just made my hotel experience way better.Everyday there was something going on.While it was eid we celebrated with loads of activities in the day into the evening and the entertainment team were so welcoming and inclusive that we just got to join in with everything.The pool parties were the best though twice a week they’d do a foam party in the pool with baloons music and just having the best time (most likely getting thrown about or chucked)but it was all fun.If i had the choice to come back here right now i would 100% do it!! i can’t explain how much i miss this place!When i came there was this new girl who just started working  there the day after we arrived (Sara) and she is the nicest, sweetest girl you will meet!Everyday she would come over and ask how the day before was include you in the dances and just overall be amazing!Bono,Aziz,Simba and Salah would also come around everyday asking how we was, getting us to join in with some sort of activity and most likely be throwing you into the pool😂 I cannot recommend this hotel enough….Defiantly the best i’ve ever been to and i will be back hopefully soon! Stayed here for the past week.  Our first time in Morocco and Africa. Definitely recommend it.  Staff couldn't do enough for you and location is perfect.  Some parts of resort need a little tlc but everyone is so friendly and the food catered for everyone.  We came with my 15 year old daughter and will definitely come back with more family.  It has been the holiday of a lifetime
